Summer Training
Mon & Wed 10am-12pm
Fri 10am-1:30pm
(off site with transportation from Jefferson)

July 31 - Aug 5
Mon-Sat 9:00am-3:00pm

Our own in-house summer camp complete with transportation to local running trails, opportunities to learn about the sport and supporting yourself as a student athlete, team games, and snacks!

Fall Season begins August 14!
MWF 10:00am-12:00pm (Running)
MTuThF 3:45-5:45pm (Strength & Conditioning)
Sat 10:00am-1:30pm (Running)

Starting August 28, practices will be after school daily from 3:45-5:45pm and Saturday 10:00am-1:30pm

Prior to participating, Family ID and a sports physical must be completed - see information below!

Must be completed every 2 years.

We will prepare you for a strong season, to improve throughout, and to earn your personal bests!

No experience required! Beginning runners welcome!

Summer training begins June 13!

Competitive season begins August 14 and continues until November 4!

June 13: Summer Training Starts
July 23-29:  Moratorium Week - no practice
August 14:  Official Season Starts
August 25: First Meet
August 29: First Day of School
October 28: Last Day of Season
November 4: State Championship

Mid-November: Winter training/pre-season track practices begin
February 26: Official Track & Field Season Starts
June 2024: Summer Training Starts

Be sure to bring:

  • Water bottle – 1 L recommended
  • Appropriate work-out attire – running shorts, pants, or tights; running shirt; socks; sports bra
  • Running shoes
  • Post workout snack (and after school, pre-workout snack if needed)
  • Sweats, outer layers, or change of athletic clothes
  • Towel
  • Digital wrist watch with stopwatch function

Extra running shoes and a watch may be available to borrow from the team.
